Leadership has shaped every season of my life, but not in the way most people expect. I've experienced the pressure of leading high-stakes initiatives, the challenge of finding my voice, the disappointment of setbacks, and the uncertainty of starting over. Looking back, I realize that some of my greatest lessons came from the moments I would have gladly skipped.
Those experiences taught me that leadership isn't about being the smartest person in the room or having all the answers. It's about having the humility to keep learning, the courage to keep growing even when you fail, and the willingness to invest in others along the way.
